I’ll guide you when needed, but I also leave plenty of room for laughter, movement, cuddles, and the in-between moments that make your family feel like yours. My goal is to create images that feel polished and timeless while still feeling completely natural.

What Your Orlando Family Session Looks Like
Most families tell me they’re nervous about getting everyone to cooperate. Honestly, that’s my job, not yours. We’ll start with a few easy, guided portraits while everyone is fresh, then move into games, walks and snuggles that bring out the real laughs. Little ones get breaks when they need them, and I never expect perfect behavior.
Before your session, I’ll help you pick a location and plan outfits so you can show up feeling ready. About three weeks after, you’ll get an online gallery full of the classic framed portraits plus all those little in-between moments you’ll love even more in ten years.

Favorite Spots for Family Photos in Orlando
Some of my favorite places to photograph families are the brick streets and gardens of Winter Park, the open green spaces in Lake Nona, and the lakefront paths around Baldwin Park. Visiting Orlando on Vacation?
If your family is in town for Disney or Universal, a beach session makes a perfect break from the parks. Cocoa Beach is about an hour away, and a sunset session on the sand is one of the best ways to remember your trip. I handle the location planning so all you need to do is show up.

From helping with location and styling to guiding you during the session, I want the entire experience to feel easy. You don’t need to know how to pose or worry about getting everyone to look perfect. I’ll create a mix of family portraits, individual images, sibling photos, and candid moments so your final gallery feels complete and varied.

What should we wear?

What time of day is best?
For outdoor family photos in Orlando, I usually recommend the hour before sunset for soft, flattering light.
What if my kids don’t cooperate?
That’s completely normal. My sessions are relaxed and allow plenty of room for movement, play, snuggles, and natural moments.
Do you help choose a location?

Absolutely, as long as the location allows pets.

Florida weather changes quickly, so I’ll watch the forecast and we can adjust the time, location, or reschedule if needed.

I recommend booking early, especially during fall, spring, and the holiday season when popular dates fill quickly.
How long is a family session?
Most sessions run between 30 minutes and an hour, depending on the package and the size of your family.
When will we get our photos?
Most galleries are delivered in three weeks or less.
Is there a good time of year for family photos in Orlando?
Fall and spring are the most popular, and holiday dates fill up fast. Summer works great too, we just plan around the heat with a sunset start time.
